Backyard Records Releases RIP Dunes on 180 gram Vinyl

Backyard Records, the new Chicago label, is proud to announce a limited run of Matthew Iwanusa’s album RIP Dunes, in vinyl format. RIP Dunes was released digitally in March of 2024. It’s a dreamy concoction that’s evocative and edifying. Fans of Iwanusa’s work with Caveman are sure to love it.

According to co-founder of Backyard Records, Piero Soria, the album was pressed on 180 gram vinyl for optimal sound quality. “We wanted to be sure the format suited the pristine nature of Matthew’s sound. It’s clean and clear and beautiful.”
