You may not be ready for it. We're not sure we are, but Backyard Records is here. We are the newest kids on the Chicago music scene. Just a group of friends who love music, love sharing it and want to share it with you.

What differentiates us? Pretty much anyone can listen to music right? Anyone can go to a show. Yeah that's it. I guess we just think we've got a good ear for what sounds good. Not to date ourselves but we've been doing it a while. Some of us play instruments. Some of us have been in bands. Some of us love music history.

But it doesn't really matter, does it? We're gonna promote what we like and hope you hop on board for the ride; join us in the backyard. You won't regret it. Sounds good out here.
